They are professional, trustworthy, tidy, clean (every day they cleaned after themselves), punctual and very decent. They are also great with children which helps when there are little ones around. They have great attention to detail and are very patient (even when I repeatedly changed my mind!). They are a delight to work with and I highly recommend them. I was very pleased with Arthur as he is very trustworthy, works meticulouly, is always reachable, and pleasant. Cost overruns were contained and very explainable. This is all very important as I was renovating the flat from abroad! Post renovation, he is also there for emergencies. I can be called for references.

Art Tom Build has done 4 jobs for us over the last year and a bit, ranging from a days work to a whole new kitchen and bathroom. They have just finished doing a new kitchen for us and it is now a lovely room where the whole family wants to sit. The quality of the work especially the tiling and the joinery on the worktops is to a high standard and we are very happy with it. There are two other things that make me recommend them. Firstly, is that everyday they clean up after themselves and stack their tools in the corner. When you have builders in for more than a few days this is really important. Secondly, they actually listen to what you want and do there best to realise it. For all the above I whole heartedly recommend them.
